Reports

• How do I view reports / Gantt charts in Zoho Projects?
• What are the various reports available in Zoho Projects?
• Can I see task/milestone/user based reports?

Choose the Project on the left panel for which you want to view the Reports. Click on the Reports tab at the top. You will see the Gantt Chart of the chosen project.

Choose between Open & Closed options in the Show combo box to view the open/closed Tasks

For getting the Gantt chart reports for a particular user, choose the user name from the Task Reports for select box.

Click on the Milestone Report link at the top to view the Gantt chart report based on milestones

Click on the Task - List View link at the top to get a list view based report (instead of the default Task - Graph View). You have the options to view Open or Closed Tasks and By User or By Date as well.
