| 1. How did you first hear about Zoho Projects? In Spring 2007 2. Have you tried any project management tool in the past? If yes, name it and how was the experience? How has Zoho Projects improved over it? We had not committed to any other project management tool but had researched many. Zoho Projects stood out due to it's user-friendliness and organization of information as well as it's open-sourced nature 3. How many people in your organization are using Zoho Projects? Currently 10 4. How many projects are you currently managing using Zoho Projects? Over 40. 5. How are you using Zoho Projects? What are you using it for? What parts do you use most (Gantt Charts, Tasks, Milestones, Documents, Forums) ? Have you used Zoho Projects in ways you hadn't anticipated? Zoho Projects gives us a shared place to task each other for certain projects, create shared milestones, post meeting agendas and forums. We also use it for a central place to store project-related documents. The shared aspect and sorting of information by project is key for us. The parts we use the most are: to-dos, documents, meetings as of now, but we anticipate using forums and other aspects of it more in the future. 6. How has collaboration and productivity improved among your team members and co-workers using Zoho Projects? Immensely. We can all see what each other is working on, task each other in a central place and see what tasks have been completed. There are a lot less sticky notes and lost emails. 7. What is the impact of Zoho Projects on you / your clients ? Because we are better organized, everyone benefits. 8. Thanks for participating. Is there anything else you'd like to add? We are enjoying using Zoho Projects. We look forward to the integration of Projects to CRM which would give us a complete shared place to store our project and contact information. |
